LCD Display Repair Services Announcement


Garmin consumer GPS products sold in Singapore/ Malaysia, including portable navigation device, outdoor handheld, fitness products, and LCD screens of new products, are not guaranteed to be free of defective pixels. However, since all of our products have been tested and manufactured according to quality standards, defective pixels will not in any way impact the display and access of navigation information.

In cases where up to three defective pixels are found on product screens within the year of warranty, the product is considered normal and is not qualified for replacement. In cases where defective pixels are found in areas which affect the reading of navigation information, or if more than four defective pixels are found, one replacement service may be requested free of charge. The replaced screen is not guaranteed to be free of defective pixels, but such pixels will not in any way impact the display and access of navigation information.
